Common Troubleshooting

Discord command does not appear

  • Confirm you are in the correct guild.
  • Try Discord command refresh or reopen Discord.
  • Check the Discord Guide for currently available commands.
  • Do not register commands yourself.

Position role did not change

  • Use /position view.
  • Retry /position manage.
  • Confirm the bot can manage position and LFG roles.
  • Do not share role IDs in public channels.

LFG channel is unavailable

  • Confirm LFG opt-in.
  • Use /position lfg opt-in.
  • The /lfg command is retired.

Website page is unavailable

  • Check /status.
  • Retry after a short delay.
  • Record the page and approximate time.

Manager access denied

  • Manager access requires an active MCL Owner, GM, or AGM staff record.
  • Discord role alone is insufficient.
  • Contact league administration.

Ticket panel did not respond

  • Confirm the bot is running.
  • Avoid repeated clicks while a modal is open.
  • Report the approximate time and selected template.
  • Do not include private case details in public channels.
